How to make butter

This flowchart shows the procedure for making butter by hand. Let me describe the procedure step by step.

First, check the fresh milk for quantity and fat content. Because some of them like low fat content and some of them high fat content. Also you must check the quantity of milk. Second, leave the milk to cool. Third, separate and churn the cream. After that, drain the butter milk from the butter and place in a jar. Next wash the butter with cold water and remove remaining butter milk. After that, add a small amount of salt for flavor. Then cut and wrap the butter piece by piece.
